Can I cancel a BnB booking?
Yes, according to the host's policy (Flexible, Moderate or Strict) shown on the listing.
General
What is a Property ID?
A unique number for every listing, e.g. KNS-DSM-UBU-000002. Quote it on the phone or WhatsApp so we know which property you mean.
Is posting free?
Yes, every owner can post a few listings for free. Agents and agencies have plans with more listings and featured slots.
How long can a listing video be?
Up to 3 minutes (or the limit set by the administrator). You can also add a YouTube or TikTok link.
Payments
How do I pay?
With M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, HaloPesa or card. For now you pay to our Lipa Namba and enter the transaction number; we confirm shortly.
Renting
How many months of advance rent?
It depends on the landlord (usually 3, 6 or 12 months). Each listing shows the number and the total you will need.
Buying
What should I do before buying a plot?
Check the title, do an official search at the Land Office, use a lawyer for the agreement and do not pay large sums before verification.
Safety
What does the "Verified" badge mean?
There are 4 levels: phone, ID (NIDA), ownership documents and a site visit. Tap the badge to see the level.
